Highest Germination Standards
We have established germination standards that are higher than those prescribed by the Federal Seed Act to ensure only top performing seed.
Organic Certified
Our farm is used for Organic seed crop production and is our largest seed producer, specializing in lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers and squash. Territorial is certified USDA organic by CCOF Certification Services, LLC.

- SUBMIT A TERRITORAIL SEED COMPANY (TSC) CREDIT APPLICATION:
Include email addresses for your references to expedite the process. We will let you know when your credit application has been approved and inquire about your specific shipping date. Incomplete applications will not be considered. - SIGN AND RETURN OUR DEALER POLICY:
It provides you with critical information about credit terms, product discounts, minimum orders, shipping charges, returns & errors, seed rack displays, and our guarantee. - CHOOSE YOUR INITIAL ORDER PROGRAM(S):
Initial order means your first order of the season. These collections will be available to ship starting in December. - SELECT SEED RACK CONFIGURATION:

This collection of 78 varieties covers the basics of our Organic offering and fits our new Xi Display Rack.
Program Information:
Yearly Renewal
Each year we will contact you via email or regular mail to confirm your renewal. Once renewed, you can place all your re-orders and order add-on products at TerritorialSeed.com/wholesale using our online forms.
Online Reordering
We’ve made online ordering quick, easy, and secure via easy to fill out forms. When filling out our wholesale order forms on our website, the same seed discount and $100 minimum order applies. Please note: your initial order must be booked with your customer service representative before online reordering is activated for your account.
Payment Terms
Our terms of credit are Net 60 days. This gives you the opportunity to sell the seed ordered from us before payment is due. A service charge of 2% per month will be assessed on any unpaid balance over 60 days. Orders placed when any invoice is past due are held until the account is current.
Outdated Seed
Seed purchased during the current year is printed with ‘packed for (YEAR)’ on each envelope. The seed packages cannot be sold in subsequent year. We ask that all outdated seed be donated to an organization in your community (food bank, school, or community garden). They will love you for it!
Growing Guides
Filled with a wealth of growing information and supplied at no cost to you or your customers, this free catalog/growing guide can help your new and experienced gardeners be successful in the garden! Each collection comes with 25; please let us know if you need additional catalogs.
End of Season Credit
At the end of each season, we issue an allowance based upon total seed purchases that will automatically be applied to your next season’s initial order. The allowance is automatically calculated on your total qualifying purchases of all seed. You will be given an allowance statement in the fall that you can apply to your initial order for the following season. The allowance has no cash value and will not be applied to any existing account receivable balances. Account must maintain the terms of this agreement to qualify.
